SVGI was established in 2004. It is approved by AICTE, affiliated to RGPV. The institution offers courses in Engineering, Pharmacy, Management and Diploma in Engineering.
"All students whose annual family income is up to Rs 300000 will be eligible for 100% scholarship. The benefit of scholarship depends on the annual income of the student's family, institution, course, course fees, fee capping etc. Students will have to register on the portal, for registration, their name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, category, gender, total ID, mobile number etc. will be required. All students whose annual family income is up to Rs 500000 will be eligible for 100% scholarship, and students whose annual family income is between Rs 500001-600000 will be eligible for 50% scholarship."

1) Up to Two Girls per family. Only female students are eligible. Family income should be less than Rs. 8 Lakhs per Annum. The students admitted in first year of their Degree Course OR Second year of Degree course through lateral entry (LE) in any of the AICTE approved. Institution of respective year. Rs 50,000 per annum for every year of study i.e. maximum 4 years for Degree for first year admitted students and maximum 3 years for Degree students admitted through lateral entry as lump sum amount towards payment of college fee, computer purchase, stationery, books, Equipment, Software’s purchase etc. No other additional grant will be payable in lieu of hostel charges and medical charges etc.

2) The scholarships are open only to Indian nationals. ii. All the components of scholarships are open to students with benchmark disability i.e. 40% or more disability as defined in ‘Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and having a valid certificate of disability issued by the competent authority as prescribed under Rules . iii. Not more than two children with disabilities of the same parents will be entitled to receive benefits of the scheme. In case the second child is a twin, the scholarship under the schemes will be admissible to the twin. iv. Scholarship for studying in any class will be available for only one year. 3) Scholarship will be awarded to the students who have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination and the annual income of whose parents/guardians from all sources does not exceed Rs.2.50 lakh.
Fresh - The number of scholarship has been fixed State/UT-wise on the basis of Community-wise minority population of the States/UTs as per Census 2001 (2017-18) & 2011 (2018-20). Within the State-wise allocations, the applications from Listed
Institutions will be exhausted first in merit list. In case number of such students is more verified applicant/student will be selected in the merit list, thereafter, on merit basis i.e. Percentage/marks of last academic course/board (higher secondary / graduation) exam.
In case of similar marks, income will be taken as deciding factor. (ii) Renewal – There is no merit list generation for renewal cases. Renewal applicant will get the scholarship if one has obtained 50% in his/her previous year’s examinations (or in each semester/trimester of previous year’s) their application is approved by State Governments/UTs.

The purpose of this scheme is to attract talent for pursuing post graduate studies besides strengthening the basic subjects at Undergraduate level. The awardees, under this scheme, can pursue their Postgraduate programme in any area of specialization in any institution of higher learning in the country.

e. Bank account should not either be closed or transferred/shifted during period of course.
f. Scanned copy of original Aadhar Card should be uploaded in jpg/jpeg format.
g. Scanned copy of the valid Category Certificate for SC/ST, EWS, OBC & Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) should be uploaded. The latest (not beyond one year old) EWS and OBC & Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate should be issued by the Competent Authority
