*Overview*

The *Alumni Association of Government Polytechnic College Shajapur* serves as a dynamic bridge between past graduates and their alma mater, fostering a robust network of over *1000 members*. It is dedicated to supporting institutional growth, creating professional opportunities, and nurturing lifelong connections among alumni. Through collaborative initiatives, workshops, mentorship programs, and community engagement, the association contributes significantly to the advancement of the college and its students.

*Meeting Minutes:*

On *18/11/2024, at **3:00 PM*, the inaugural meeting of the Alumni Association was held. This significant gathering marked a milestone in the college's history by formally establishing the association and electing its leadership team. 

 The following positions were elected: - 

*President* - Azam Khan 

*Vice President* - Pradeep Jain 

 *Secretary* - Ritesh Bajbai 

 *Treasurer* - Rishabh Pathak

During the meeting, the newly elected *President* shared the * objectives of the association, emphasizing collaboration among alumni to support the **academic and professional growth* of current students and contribute to the *institution's development*.

The members agreed to actively work towards the betterment of the college, including organizing events, providing scholarships, and supporting infrastructure advancements. The meeting concluded with a resolution to reconvene on the *same day next month* to review progress and plan upcoming activities.

The Alumni Association aspires to strengthen the college's ties with its graduates while empowering students to excel academically, socially, and professionally.
